Chrissy Goodfellow

HEAD NUTRITION COACH

I’m Chrissy Goodfellow, owner and founder of Goodfellow Nutrition. I’ve been in the fitness industry for over 15 years and have been focusing on all things nutrition and health since 2015. I received my coaching certifications through Nutritional Coaching Institute and Precision Nutrition. Prior to finding my passion with nutrition coaching, health to me just meant staying physically active. It took years of putting stress on my body in the form of competitive CrossFit and national level weightlifting to truly understand that health is so much more than what you can do in the gym or on the platform. From then on, I made it my mission to help clients, not only reach their specific goals, but to improve their overall lifestyle in the process and help build habits they can sustain for the rest of their lives. I do not approve of the all or nothing mindset when it comes to dieting. My main focus as a certified nutrition coach is to teach my clients how to find a balance with their nutrition and lifestyle in order to reach their goals in a realistic way. I prioritize giving my clients the knowledge and confidence they need to set them up for lifelong success.

Stephanie Kieschnik

NUTRITION COACH

I’m Stephanie Kieschnik- a Boy Mom, Military Wife, Teacher, Former Collegiate Athlete, Volleyball Coach, CrossFit L-1 Coach, and a Certified Precision Nutrition Level 1 Coach. My life has revolved around being active. I have always been conscious about what I ate, but never knew how far off I was from eating for performance and health. It took my husband and I years of trying to get pregnant to lead me into really taking a deep dive into nutrition. Once my nutrition was finally in check, my athletic performance improved tenfold (qualified for the Granite Games RX-Teams in 2018), and less than six months later, we found out we were expecting our first child. As a mom who was anxious to get back to working out, I had to re-learn how to fuel my body for activity and recovery, but also know how to plan nutritious meals on the go. As a coach, my goal is to help my clients understand that a healthy lifestyle does not have to stop because you are busy. I want to help you learn and apply different habits that can make you the happiest and healthiest you’ve ever been while also navigating your busy life!

HEAD STRENGTH & CONDITIONING COACH

Bobby Goodfellow

I've been involved in sports my whole life.  I started playing organized football at the age of five, began wrestling at the age of six, and was a track & field athlete throughout high school.  After football, I found myself as a weight class athlete once more - in powerlifting (242 lb.) and strongman (middleweight and heavyweight).  After moving to DC in 2005 I got the field sport bug again and played rugby in the Super League for Potomac Athletic Club.  During that time I was introduced to CrossFit as part of our pre-season conditioning sessions.  By 2007, I was all-in on CrossFit and I started coaching in 2008.  In 2009 I found CrossFit Football and used it as my primary training methodology for rugby and had great success with the programming.  By the end of 2011, I was a CrossFit HQ SME traveling the world coaching the CrossFit Football Seminar.

I’ve run an independent strength & conditioning program in the DMV for nearly a decade. I’ve coached high school kids, national level athletes, and everything in between. Now I’m a recreational Brazilian Jui-Jitsu athlete and still applying tried and true strength and conditioning principles to prepare my clients, and myself, for the rigors of sport!
