Chrissy has been nothing short of amazing to work with. Her approach to nutrition is refreshingly honest and based on an immense amount of knowledge. Before working with her, I had placed importance on the numbers on the scale, being in the gym x number of times per week, and consuming lower amounts of carbs. However, since starting my program with her, I have learned that there are far more important things to focus on, namely sleep, hydration, and properly fueling my body (which actually meant increasing my carbs, surprisingly). I can honestly say that I am feeling healthier and stronger than I ever have in my 43 years. I have achieved numerous PRs in the gym, my stamina has increased, and I have an overall better sense of well-being. Not only is Chrissy highly knowledgeable in health and nutrition, but she is also extremely encouraging, positive, and realistic. I have absolutely zero regrets and cannot wait to see what else is to come!

Where to begin! Chrissy has been nothing but exceptional to work with. I worked with her back in 2020 then took a break for personal life happenings. We started again and we’re coming up on our 1 year! She’s always clear on what the week’s goals are and what we’re working towards. She’s also thorough in that she wants to know what’s going on in your life as a whole besides protein, carbs, and fat. What’s stressing you? Do you have any trips planned? How is your period? You had a huge life event happen? Okay, let’s focus on just X for the time being so we can really stay strong but you can have the mental bandwidth to put towards that big life event. Ever since I was introduced to counting macros my life has not been the same. Since working with Chrissy she has helped me realize that I was under eating, especially for the amount I was training. As a mom of three young kids, I've always struggled with nutrition.
